Return of underwear

You can return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. See Returns, exchanges and claims for how.

An exception applies to underwear and socks delivered in a sealed package: for hygiene reasons they cannot be returned once the seal has been broken (Section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code). Underwear and socks with an unbroken seal, or delivered without a sealed package, can be returned.
