You can request deletion of your personal data by e-mail at info@pikastore.cz.

How it works

We verify that the request comes from the person the data relates to.
We handle the request without undue delay and within one month of receipt at the latest; we would inform you of any extension and the reason for it.

What we delete and what we must keep

We delete your customer account and data we no longer need. Data we are required to keep by law (for example tax documents for orders for 10 years) or need to handle an ongoing claim or defend legal claims is kept only for as long as necessary. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
